Paper filters 02 (100)

A filter is a small thing that changes the cup. These are size 02 cone filters in unbleached paper, folded at the seam and packed flat in a box of 100. They fit our Koppie Works cone dripper 02 in ceramic or glass, and any other size 02 cone.

The paper is thin and even, so the water drains at a steady pace and the bed stays flat. It holds back the fine particles and most of the oils, which gives a clean, clear cup.

Details

• Size: 02 cone, for one to two cups
• Count: 100 filters in a card box
• Material: unbleached paper
• Dimensions: each filter is about 16 cm along the seam; the box is about 17 cm long, 11 cm wide and 4 cm deep
• In the box: 100 filters

How to use them

1. Fold along the seam on the side and along the bottom, so the filter sits flat against the cone.
2. Put it in the dripper and rinse it with hot water. This clears the taste of the paper and warms the cone.
3. Pour the rinse water away before you add the coffee.

Keep the box closed and dry, away from the spice cupboard: paper takes up smells.
