Brew scale with timer

Measuring by weight is the step that makes good coffee repeatable. With a scale, a recipe of 15 g of coffee to 250 g of water means the same thing every morning, whatever the scoop or the grind.

This scale reads to 0.1 g, which matters for an espresso dose, and has a timer beside the weight so you can follow a recipe in one glance.

• In the box: the scale, the silicone mat and a USB-C cable (no plug)
• Care: wipe it with a damp cloth; the mat comes off and goes in the sink. Keep water away from the charging port.

How we use it

1. Put the dripper and the filter on the scale, then press tare.
2. Add the coffee and note the weight, then tare again.
3. Start the timer and pour, watching the weight climb to your target.

It turns itself off after five minutes without use.
