Our story
The klipspringer stands on the tips of its hooves on bare rock, at home on the steepest koppie. We roast the same way: in small batches, with care, at the foot of the Magaliesberg.
We buy from growers we know by name, from Guji to Huila, and we roast to show what each farm does best.
