Compostable capsules

Capsules are quick, and they should still taste like the coffee in our bags. We fill these with the same blends we roast for the shop, ground for a capsule machine and sealed within a day of the roast. The capsule body and its lid are compostable in a home compost heap within 6 months. Empty the grounds and the capsule into the heap together.

The flavours

• Daybreak: dark chocolate, cherry, brown sugar. Our espresso blend.
• Koppie: milk chocolate, hazelnut, caramel. Our House Blend.
• Sundowner: dark cocoa, molasses, toasted almond. Our dark roast.
• Decaf: milk chocolate, red apple, toffee. Our Water-Process Decaf Colombia.
• Caramel, Vanilla and Hazelnut: Koppie House Blend with a natural flavouring added after roasting. Sweet to smell, with no sugar added.

How we brew it

Use the short (espresso) button for Daybreak and Sundowner, and the long button for Koppie and Decaf. For a flat white, brew one short capsule over 120 ml of steamed milk.
