Roaster's cap

The roaster's cap is a working cap. Thandi, our head roaster, wears hers every roast day, to keep the chaff out of her hair. Ours is cotton twill, with a curved peak and a low crown, and the klipspringer on the rock embroidered on the front.

• Colours: rust, navy or cream; the embroidery is cream on rust and navy, and navy on cream
• Fabric: 100 % cotton twill, with a cotton sweatband inside
• Shape: six panels, a low crown and a pre-curved peak, with stitched air holes
• Size: one size, adjustable from 54 to 60 cm with a cotton strap and a brass buckle
• Dimensions: the peak is about 7 cm deep
• In the box: one cap, packed in a box so the peak keeps its shape
• Care: hand wash in cold water and let it dry on a bowl or a rolled towel, so it keeps its shape. Not for the washing machine or the dryer.

How to measure

Put a tape measure around your head, 1 cm above the eyebrows and just above the ears. Most heads measure between 55 and 59 cm, and the strap covers 54 to 60 cm.

It goes well with the logo tee, which comes in the same rust and cream.
